Aegis IP Holdings is a private intellectual property rights-management company incorporated in the Cook Islands as an International Company under the International Companies Act 1981-82. The Company holds, administers, licenses, sublicenses, and enforces intellectual property rights and related intangible assets through written instruments executed by an authorised officer.

The Company asserts and exercises all rights, remedies, and protections available under applicable law and at equity, in any jurisdiction in which those rights exist or in which infringement is alleged to occur.
Mandate
Four operative functions.
Custody
The Company holds intellectual property rights and related intangible assets, including trademarks, copyrighted works, digital properties, and the documentation under which they are held.
Administration
The Company maintains registers, ownership records, rights documentation, and the written instruments under which intellectual property rights are administered.
Licensing
The Company grants licences and sublicences to authorised counterparties pursuant to written agreement executed by an authorised officer.
Enforcement
The Company asserts and enforces intellectual property rights through formal notices, takedown correspondence, civil action, and applicable legal procedures.

The Company is governed by the laws of the Cook Islands and reserves the right to enforce intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction in which those rights exist, under any applicable framework, including:
- Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
- Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property
- Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS)
- WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT)
- Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512
- Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), Article 16
Authority
The Company acts only through written instrument.
No oral statement, telephone communication, informal exchange, automated response, or content on this website constitutes an undertaking, agreement, waiver, consent, or instrument binding upon the Company. No licence, sublicence, assignment, permission, settlement, release, covenant not to sue, or other disposition of intellectual property rights is granted except by written agreement executed by an authorised officer of the Company.
