01 / Nature of the entity

Aegis IP Holdings is a private intellectual property rights-management company. The Company exists for the holding, administration, licensing, and sublicensing of intellectual property rights and related intangible assets, in each case under written instruments executed by an authorised officer of the Company. The Company is not a public-facing platform and does not solicit business from the general public.

02 / Information handling

The Company may receive and use names, contact details, correspondence, rights documentation, contractual records, administration records, ownership records, registers, written assignments, licensing instruments, sublicensing instruments, and related documentation.

Use is limited to administrative, contractual, legal, compliance, and rights-management purposes. Access is limited to directors, officers, authorised agents, professional advisers, registrars, compliance providers, counterparties under written agreement, and to courts, regulators, and competent authorities where required by applicable law.

03 / Confidentiality

Correspondence, contractual records, registers, written instruments, and rights-related documentation are treated as confidential business information.

This treatment does not constitute a guarantee of absolute confidentiality, immunity from lawful disclosure, or restriction of any obligation imposed by a court, regulator, competent authority, governing statute, or applicable law.

04 / Applicable law

The Company operates in accordance with applicable Cook Islands law, applicable contractual obligations, written instruments binding on the Company, and applicable international obligations binding on the Company. The Company reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law and at equity.

05 / No public rights grant

Nothing on this website grants any licence, sublicence, assignment, permission, right of use, right of reproduction, right of display, right of distribution, right of adaptation, commercial right, digital right, trademark right, copyright right, name right, mark right, or other right of any kind.

Rights are granted only by written agreement executed by an authorised officer of the Company.

06 / Reservation of rights

All intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, names, marks, digital assets, creative materials, registers, ownership records, written instruments, documentation, licensing rights, sublicensing rights, and related intangible assets held, administered, licensed, sublicensed, or otherwise controlled by the Company are reserved.

The Company is a private entity. It does not maintain a public-facing platform, does not solicit business from the general public, and does not provide goods or services to consumers. Its activity is limited to the private holding, administration, licensing, and sublicensing of intellectual property rights under written instruments.
